RoboCop movie review

Omni Consumer Products seizes control of the police force in violent, almost-apocalyptic Detroit. To test its crime-eradicating robots, the firm forces Alex Murphy, a street officer, into an armed confrontation against Boddicker. Robocop learns of the evil intentions of the (check here) company and betrays them.
